Brad Ginsberg

Brad Ginsberg, is an attorney and president of Chicago and Miami based Spartan Management Inc. Thru Spartan and several affiliated entities Mr. Ginsberg has nurtured two distinct lines of work.  For one, he has provided legal representation and consulting services to corporate entities and high net-worth individuals (with an emphasis in the entertainment and athletic arenas) during a law career that has spanned more than 30 years.  Secondly, as an entrepreneur and businessman, Mr. Ginsberg has purchased, managed and repositioned multiple businesses in a wide variety of industries, including several automotive parts manufacturers, landscape construction/maintenance/design, arbitration services, health clubs, rental real estate, casino gaming, sign manufacturer and distributor, movie production, finance, wholesale businesses and precious metals.

As a recent example, he and his business partner David Sinclair purchased Rochester Hills-based Coupled Products from the then bankrupt Dana Corporation in 2007.  Brad Ginsberg led a successful turnaround and transformed the company from a poorly performing corporate division back to profitability each successive year while saving more than 600 jobs. Ginsberg recently sold Coupled Products to spend more time focusing on his other businesses and on his philanthropic goals.

He earned his B.A. in Accounting from Michigan State University. Subsequently, he earned his law degree from Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia.  Brad has been a strong supporter of, and donor to, both universities, both in his individual capacity and thru The Brad Ginsberg Family Foundation.
